Author: William Myrtle (1855–1931)
Biography: William Myrtle was born in 1855 in Edinburgh, the son of accountant William Myrtle (1818–1902) and his wife Jessie Milne. In 1889, he married Margaret Hislop. Myrtle studied the law and worked as a clerk and an agent. He died on 15 October 1931.
