Author: Sophia Coulton (1806–1890)

Biography: Sophia Coulton was born on 4 April 1806 in Wiltshire. Her younger brother was the author David Trevena Coulton. After his death in 1857, she worked to support his widow and children. She died in 1890 in Bourbough where she resided for several decades.
