Author: Harry A. Spurr (died 1906)

Biography: Harry Astley Spurr was born around 1869 in Hull. His brother was the actor Mel B. Spurr. He worked as an journalist for the Eastern Morning News and later edited the Critic. In addition, he wrote several books. After a long illness, he died in 1906 in Hornsea.
