Author: Greville Phillimore (1821–1881)
Biography: Greville Phillimore was born in 1821 in London, the son of Professor Joseph Phillimore. He attended Westminster School and Christ Church, Oxford (B.A. 1842, M.A. 1844). He entered the church and served as rector of Henley-on-Thames and rector of Ewelme. In addition, he wrote two works of fiction and collection of hymns.
